Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Strategic Sales Specialist at SheAI. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as outreaching potential clients on email or linkedIn, identifying and qualifying potential leads, sending the contract and upselling by creating a relationship with the client. The Strategic Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering relationships with clients.

Be our first mover: Youâll create and own the sales pipeline, from identifying leads to delivering personalized proposals showing potential ROI.
Strategize and innovate: Hunt down new market opportunities, analyze competitors, and keep us ahead of the curve.
Build connections: Turn ânoâ into âyesâ and manage client relationships like a pro, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
Collaborate: Attend weekly team check-ins, pitch ideas, and refine systems with us.
Close deals: Bring in workshops that range from âŹ700 to âŹ3,000 each, earning generous commissions. The more workshops, the higher your rewardsâno caps.

What Weâre Looking For:
Required:
- A relentless, resilient go-getter who LOVES sales.
- Previous experience with outbound sales in education, consultancy, marketing, or tech for at least 1 year.
- You care about our mission. Sales are important, but if you believe in the product, you'll sell better! We appreciate soft skills and fitting with the company's inclusive/activist culture.Â
Nice to have:
- Strategic and creative thinkerâturn rejection into opportunity and âmaybeâ into âabsolutely.â
- Strong communicator who thrives on building lasting relationships.
- Experience with LinkedIn for sales, CRM tools, or general outbound tactics? Big plus.
- Fluent English, Spanish, and Catalan are highly valued (if you're based in Spain).
- A self-starter whoâs equally money-driven and mission-alignedâwe care about what we do, and we want you to care too.
Skills
Outbound outreach
Sales Operations expertise (Hubspot, Airtable, Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, Apollo, SalesForce, etc).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of AIÂ tools is a plus (e.g. Automations with Make or n8n)

This is a freelancer position under 20/h a week (at least 10 hours a week), with the potential to move full-time.
With workshops ranging from âŹ700 to âŹ3,000, youâll earn a 20% commission on each deal closed. Secure 8? You could be earning over ⏠40,000 yearly.

We are able to provide subsidies for companies in Spain so their education is basically free. This means you won't even have to close the deal but find the clients. Your absolute primary mission is to find and qualify leads to arrange a sales call with the closer.Â
