About SheAI

We’re on a mission to close the gender gap in AI literacy. SheAI is an AI-powered learning platform and community built by women, for women, delivering personalised learning journeys, an interactive AI assistant, and a vibrant professional network.

Our vision:

  • Democratise AI skills and career growth for women worldwide.

  • Build a “TikTok-for-education” experience — short, addictive, personalised learning content powered by AI.

  • Develop a Small Language Model (SLM) trained on diverse women’s perspectives to power future policy, education, and industry innovation.

We’ve validated our model through B2B workshops and early community traction. Now we’re launching our white-label MVP, raising our pre-seed, and building towards a proprietary platform.

The Role

We’re looking for a founder-level CTO — a technical leader who’s as comfortable shipping code as they are pitching VCs. You’ll be the architect of our core product and the custodian of our future AI stack.

In the next 6–12 months, you will:

  • Build and ship our proprietary app MVP, including:

    • Personalised short-video learning feed

    • Learning path & progress tracking

    • AI assistant with conversational memory

    • Podcast mode for course content with interactive Q&A

    • Community forums, events, and job board

  • Integrate analytics to measure engagement, retention, and conversion.

  • Set up data capture pipelines for future SLM training (ethically and securely).

  • Lead early technical hires and mentor interns.

  • Represent SheAI in tech discussions, funding rounds, and strategic partnerships.

Who You Are

We’re not looking for “just an AI expert” or “just an app dev.” You’re a product-minded builder who thrives at the intersection of consumer growth, AI integration, and rapid iteration.

You have:

  • Proven experience shipping 0→1 consumer products with measurable growth (bonus if social, learning, or content-based).

  • Strong full-stack development skills (React Native or Flutter, Node.js/Python backend, AWS/GCP cloud).

  • Experience integrating AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Whisper, TTS).

  • Comfort with recommendation systems, gamification mechanics, and social features.

  • Understanding of ML pipelines, data governance, and ethics in AI.

  • Leadership style: teaching-oriented, collaborative, blunt but constructive.
